Maraschino Cherry-Chocolate Cake

Not the best photo.. it was taken from my phone. A last minute simple birthday cake I did for a co-worker. It was a chocolate fudge cake, with pudding in between the 3 layers. Maraschino cherries were mixed in the batter. The frosting was chocolate butter cream with Maraschino Cherries blended in. Topped with chopped Chocolate chunks and maraschino cherries.

It was a huge hit at work!
